RETURNS POLICY
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your CRUSADE purchase, however if you change your mind our returns policy offers a full refund or exchange of goods. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unworn and in original condition with all labels attached. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.
Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed returns form along with your goods, if the form was not enclosed it may take longer to process the return or result in the return being rejected.
Ensure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We recommend all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
